  Noteringar	Marguerite I. Tongberg, 95 Louisville, Ky. - Marguerite I. Tongberg, 95, died Jan. 30, 2006 at the Episcopal Church Home. She was born in Lynn and graduated from Lynn Classical High School and Simmons College, alongside her late twin sister, Marjorie I. Tongberg. In 1934, she began a teaching career that spanned nearly 40 years in the Lynn school district, working alongside her sister. They retired to Osterville and moved to Louisville in 1993 to live near their nephew. She and her sister were members of the Appalachian Mountain Club and St. Peter's Episcopal Church of Osterville. They enjoyed hiking, skiing, traveling and gardening. Survivors include two nephews, Richard Tongberg of Louisville and Carl Tongberg of Houston; four grandnieces; and a grandnephew. A private graveside service was planned held. Memorial donations may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Wianno Avenue, Osterville, MA 02655. Comments
